Trump’s reaction to the uprising of American students in support of Palestine

PNN – The former president of the United States wrote in response to the widespread protests of students in this country in support of Palestine: Stop the protests for now!

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, former US President Donald Trump announced his opposition to these protests after arresting hundreds of students in American universities for demonstrating in support of Palestine.

In a post on his social network called “Truth Social”, Trump wrote: “Stop the protests for now! !!!”

Meanwhile, students across the United States have intensified their protest rallies in colleges.

He also criticized Joe Biden’s performance during this period in another article. Referring to the Al-Aqsa storm operation on October 7 last year, he wrote: “If I were the president, October 7 would never have happened, not even a small chance.”

News sources reported massive demonstrations at the University of Texas, America, in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza and in opposition to Washington in support of the Zionist regime.

Also, news sources also reported the large deployment of American police forces at the University of Austin in the state of Texas to deal with pro-Palestinian students.

Al Jazeera reported that students from California Irvine and California Riverside began their “open and inclusive” sit-ins against the war in Gaza.

The professors of Columbia University in New York also formed a human chain to protect the protesting students supporting the Palestinian nation in Gaza.

American police resorted to pepper spray to remove students protesting the Gaza war at the University of Texas from the campus.

The American media reported that the American police resorted to force to disperse the student sit-in in support of Gaza at the University of Virginia.

Also, reports indicate that the American police suppressed and arrested a number of activists and students who were organizing demonstrations in support of Palestine in front of Tulane University in New Orleans, USA.

The University of Florida also announced that nine people were arrested on campus for what it called law violations during the protests.

The wave of pro-Palestinian protests on American university campuses has expanded after the arrest of hundreds of protesters at Columbia University, and after spreading to most universities in this country, it is spreading to universities in other countries around the world.

Protests began at Columbia University in New York on April 17, and the protesting students demanded the termination of the university’s relationship with the Israeli institutions involved in the Gaza war. Protesters in other universities have similar demands.
