PNN – The spokesman for the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), in response to the US President’s new threats against the movement, said that Donald Trump’s threats complicate the conditions and issues related to the ceasefire agreement.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Shahab News Agency, Hazem Qassem added: Trump’s threats encourage the occupying cabinet to not implement the ceasefire clauses.
He emphasized: An agreement has been signed and Washington has been the mediator, and this agreement includes the release of all prisoners in three stages. Hamas has fulfilled its commitments in the first stage of the agreement, but the occupiers are not fulfilling their commitments regarding the second stage.
Hazem Qassem added: The US government would be better off putting pressure on the occupiers to enter the second phase of the ceasefire.
Another Hamas spokesman, Abdul Latif al-Qanua, also said: Trump’s continuous threats against our nation are tantamount to supporting Benjamin Netanyahu in turning away from the agreement, intensifying the siege, and starving our nation.

Al-Qanoa stated: The best way to free Israeli prisoners is for the occupiers to enter the second phase and force them to accept the agreement under the supervision of mediators.
On Wednesday local time, US President Donald Trump addressed Hamas and threatened them with an insulting tone and an unprecedented warning on his social media account, Truth Social: Release all the hostages now, not later, and quickly return all the bodies of the people you killed, or you’re done.
In this message, Trump, in an unprecedented and warning tone, outlined his administration’s red lines for Hamas and explicitly stated the conditions for a ceasefire, despite direct negotiations with Hamas.
In this insulting message addressed to Hamas, he claimed: Only mentally ill and sick people keep corpses, and you are mentally ill and sick!
The US President continued his threatening message by adding: I will send whatever is necessary to Israel to finish the job. If you don’t do what I say, not a single Hamas person will be left unharmed.
Trump continued: I just met with one of the hostages whose life you destroyed. This is your final warning! I am also telling your commanders that you must leave Gaza now while you still have the chance.
