Turki Al-Faisal: America should have bombed Dimona instead of Iran
He referred to the repeated attacks by the Zionist regime on Lebanon, Gaza, and also Syria, saying these actions show that this regime feels powerful and influential.
Turki Al-Faisal stressed: when Israel bombs Syria almost every day, continues its attacks on Palestinians in Gaza or the West Bank, and even attacks Lebanon, where there should apparently be a ceasefire, it is not a messenger of peace in the region.
He also referred to the recent attacks by the Zionist regime on the Hamas delegation in Qatar and said that this attack was, in fact, a “serious warning” showing that Gulf countries must act unitedly to defend themselves.
In response to a question about whether Saudi Arabia should move toward developing its nuclear arsenal, Turki Al-Faisal said: this is an option that Saudi Arabia must seriously consider.
He added: in this region, we already have a regime with nuclear weapons, and that is Israel, yet no one talks about Israel. Therefore, we must remain vigilant and strive for the best scenario, which is creating a region free of weapons of mass destruction.
Turki Al-Faisal warned that ignoring the Palestinian issue and the world’s lack of serious reaction to the actions of the Zionist regime could pave the way for the emergence of new extremist movements.
