Turkish artists participate in the campaign to support the people of Gaza.
A large number of Turkish artists supported the “Bridge of Hearts from Üsküdar to Gaza” campaign. The campaign is currently operating in cooperation with a number of charitable associations, the most prominent of which is the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Board.
According to the report, several Turkish artists visited shop owners in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul’s Asian side, who donated the profits from the sale of their products to the people of Gaza on Friday.
The campaign also includes a charity market in the grounds of the Al-Waldah Al-Jadeeda Mosque, where visitors can take advantage of the opportunity to help the people of Gaza.
Recently, shopkeepers in the Uskud area announced that they would donate the profits from their Friday sales to the people of Gaza to draw the world’s attention to the humanitarian crisis in the area.
Omar Farouk Sardar, coordinator of the “Bridge of Hearts from Uskud to Gaza” campaign, said in a statement that they had taken this action at the request of the shopkeepers.
