Turkish journalist: Erdogan’s support for Palestine is verbal and for Israel is real

PNN – A Turkish journalist criticized the policies of his country’s government towards the Zionist regime and said that Ankara supports Palestine verbally but Israel in reality.

According to the International group of Pakistan News Network, Metin Ceyhan, a Turkish journalist, has criticized the policies of Turkish President Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan towards the Israeli regime by publishing pictures showing the export of Turkish products to the Israeli regime.

In a speech at the meeting of the ruling Justice and Development Party, ErdoÄŸan called the Zionist regime a “terrorist country” on Wednesday.

The President of Turkey said: “Israel is taking the strategy of completely destroying a city with its people. “I am aware of what is going on in my heart and I say clearly that Israel is a terrorist country.”

He added: “If Israel carries out massacres in this way, I will record everywhere that there is a terrorist country that is cursed in the whole world.”

In another part of his statement, Erdogan added: “I say to Netanyahu: You have an atomic bomb. You have a nuclear bomb and you are threatening with it. “No matter what you have, you will go.”

The Turkish president added: “We will take measures so that the political and military institutions of Israel who brutally massacred the oppressed people of Gaza will be tried in international courts.”

Despite this, despite these fiery statements, Erdogan has not yet taken any practical steps to cut ties with the Zionist regime.

In a message on X social network, Metin Cihan published a list of more than 200 cargo ships that are carrying various products such as crude oil, iron and steel to Tel Aviv, stating that the export of Turkish products to Israel continues.

In a part of his message, he wrote that Turkey supports Palestine in words but Israel in reality.

He wrote in this message: “We are sending an average of 7 ships to Israel from our ports. Yesterday we sent 13 more ships. “Since the beginning of the massacres in Gaza, we have supported Palestine verbally, but we have provided Israel with 272 logistics ships.”

On October 7th, the Islamic resistance movement of Palestine, Hamas, in response to more than seven decades of occupation of Palestine and nearly two decades of siege of Gaza and imprisonment and torture of thousands of Palestinians, started the operation known as “Al-Aqsa Storm”.

This operation was one of the deadliest attacks against this regime. Hamas fighters penetrated into the occupied territories at several points of the border fences, attacked the villages and besides killing a large number of Israelis, captured a number of them.

In response to this operation, the Zionist regime has launched heavy attacks against Gaza and placed this area under a complete siege. The attacks of the Zionist regime have led to the martyrdom of more than 11 thousand people.

Observers say that Israel’s actions, including cutting off electricity, limiting aid to Gaza, and carrying out an attack against Palestinian refugees in Gaza, are examples of war crimes under international law.

The soldiers of the Israeli regime entered al-Shifa hospital in northern Gaza today in another action that drew severe criticism from international organizations.

“Martin Griffiths,” the United Nations Deputy Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, said in a statement on Twitter that he was shocked and surprised by the Israeli army’s attack on Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.

Griffiths stated that hospitals are not a place for war, and emphasized the need to protect patients and medical staff in any situation.

He explained: “I was horrified by the reports of the military attack on al-Shifa hospital in Gaza. Protection of infants, patients, medical staff and all civilians must be above all other considerations. “Hospitals are not places of war.”
