According to the Anatolia news agency, the Minister of Interior of Turkey announced on Wednesday that the country’s security forces arrested 41 people on charges of being associated with the ISIS terrorist group.

The Minister of Interior of Turkey announced on social media “X” (former Twitter) that these arrests were made during the operations of Turkish security forces in 12 provinces of this country.
This is when the Minister of Interior of Turkey announced the arrest of 51 people on charges of connection with the ISIS terrorist group earlier in April of this year.
According to Al-Arabiya, after this terrorist group claimed responsibility for a number of deadly attacks in Turkey, Ankara expanded operations against the elements of this group. Among the deadly ISIS attacks in Turkey was the January 2017 armed attack on a nightclub in Istanbul. 39 people died in this attack.
