Ukraine confirms receipt of draft peace plan from US

PNN – Ukraine announced that it had received a draft peace plan from the United States.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Russia Today, Ukraine officially confirmed receipt of a draft peace plan from the United States.

Zelensky and the American delegation present in Kiev agreed to work on points related to Washington’s proposed plan to resolve the Ukrainian crisis.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed hope on Thursday that he would be able to discuss the proposal with US President Donald Trump “in the coming days.”

The news came after multiple media reports that Washington had presented its new 28-point plan to Kiev to end the conflict in Ukraine.

The roadmap reportedly requires Ukraine to withdraw from parts of the new territories in Donbass still under Kiev’s control, reduce its armed forces by at least half, and surrender, Russia Today reported.
