Ukraine: Russia prepares to declare victory on war anniversary.
According to Al Jazeera, the Ukrainian intelligence service claimed that Russia is preparing to declare victory in the war on February 24, coinciding with the fourth anniversary of the war.
The Ukrainian intelligence service emphasized: that Russia has intensified its efforts to discredit Ukraine and undermine its position with countries that firmly support our forces.
This Ukrainian stance comes after Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in his latest comments that the West has stolen Russia’s frozen assets and is using them to financially support Ukraine.
The American publication Axios also announced that the US and Ukraine held talks on Thursday night to reach an agreement on the mines and prevent further deterioration of relations.
