Ukrainian official: The situation is very bad; no one trust Zelensky anymore

PNN – Kyiv’s mayor reported a loss of public trust in Zelensky.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Russia Today, Vitali Klitschko, mayor of Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, emphasized that the recent corruption scandal in the country’s energy sector has destroyed confidence in President Volodymyr Zelensky.

He added: The situation is very bad. I say frankly that this corruption has been a crippling blow for all of Ukraine.

Klitschko stated that such scandals undermine trust among all Ukrainians as well as confidence from our international partners.

In November, it was reported that the head of a financial corruption case in Ukraine was a figure close to Zelensky who had fled to the occupied territories. The amount of money laundering involved in this corruption case was reported to be 100 million dollars.
