UN: Israel’s plan to occupy Gaza City will have dire consequences.
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs warned in a statement last night about the catastrophic consequences of the occupation of Gaza City by the Zionist regime, stating: Israel’s announced plan to occupy the entire Gaza City will have a terrible impact on Palestinians who are deprived of all the necessities of life.
The UN agency emphasized: About 86 percent of the Gaza Strip is under evacuation orders or is in areas under Israeli military control.
The statement continued: The remaining areas, including parts of Gaza City and the South Bank, are too crowded and lack the necessary equipment to provide extensive support to civilians.
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs emphasized: Israel’s plan to intensify military attacks in Gaza City will have a terrible humanitarian impact on a people who are already suffering from exhaustion, malnutrition, displacement and deprivation of the most basic necessities of life.
