According to Arabi 21, the French newspaper 20 Minutes published a report strongly criticizing the passage of the plane carrying Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu through the country’s airspace during his recent visit to the United States.
The report states that the French authorities, knowing about this, did not take any action to arrest Netanyahu despite the issuance of an international arrest warrant for him.
This action by France has led to negative reactions from international law experts, who believe that this is a clear violation of Paris’ legal obligations.
In this regard, the French society (JURDI) sent a letter to the president of the country and demanded an explanation regarding the passage of the plane carrying Netanyahu through the country’s airspace.
It should be noted that Netanyahu’s controversial visit to the United States has been accompanied by many side effects, especially Trump’s humiliation of him in Washington.
