PNN – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that children in Gaza have not been able to go to school for a very long time.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al Arabiya, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced on Saturday that more than 8,000 teachers are ready to help children return to education and resume school activities in the Gaza Strip.

The UNRWA statement said: UNRWA is the largest humanitarian organization in Gaza and must be allowed to operate without hindrance.

UNRWA stated: Children in Gaza have not been able to go to school for a very long time.

The Israeli regime’s war on Gaza has resulted in the martyrdom of around 68,000 people. The regime’s repeated attacks have destroyed infrastructure and most schools, leaving students unable to go to school for around two years.
