UNRWA: Israel did not allow 3,000 aid trucks to enter Gaza.

According to Al Jazeera Qatar, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that about 3,000 trucks carrying humanitarian aid and vital items are waiting to arrive outside the Gaza Strip, but the continued blockade has prevented them from entering.

UNRWA also warned that the lives of about one million Palestinian children who depend on this aid are in danger if the crossings remain closed, and called for the immediate opening of the crossings and the lifting of the blockade on Gaza.

The agency also announced on Wednesday that, based on observations and field reports obtained from Gaza, some Palestinian families are consuming whatever they find as food and drink, even if it is dangerous.

According to the report, the shortage of food items and the obstruction of the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza have exacerbated the humanitarian disaster in the war-torn and besieged region.

The organization announced that the needs of the people of Gaza are increasing day by day, and humanitarian support must be resumed.

According to international organizations, no humanitarian aid has entered Gaza for 2 months, which has caused this small region to struggle with the most dangerous humanitarian crisis in history.
