UNRWA, affiliated with the United Nations, announced in a statement a few days ago: The situation in Gaza is unprecedentedly dire. The health system is rapidly collapsing. There is an unprecedented famine. Almost the entire population of Gaza has been forcibly displaced. Families are looking for security in this area where no security is anywhere. People are driven to despair. Establishing a humanitarian ceasefire immediately is a matter of life and death. 1.9 million people have been displaced in the Gaza Strip due to Israeli attacks on this area.

In this statement, it was stated that since October 7, 1.9 million people, equivalent to 85% of the total population of Gaza, have been displaced, and some of these people have had to change their shelter several times.

“UNRWA” noted in its statement that about 1.4 million Palestinian refugees have taken shelter in its 155 centers and about 500 thousand other refugees are also present around these centers.
