US and British fighter jets flee Yemeni airspace towards the Red Sea.

According to Al-Ma’ulouma, Abdul Salam Sufyan, a Yemeni strategic affairs expert, emphasized that the operation of the country’s armed forces to shoot down the fifth-generation F-18 fighter jet is unique.

He added: “This operation is a preemptive operation at the beginning of the American and British aggression against Yemen, during which the aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman was targeted.”

Sufyan added: “Yemen forced the enemy fighters to change course, and they fled from our country’s airspace to international waters in the Red Sea.”

He stated: “Our battle with the Zionist enemy continues—an enemy that is happy with its illusions regarding Lebanon and Syria.”

It should be noted that Yahya Saree, a spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, recently announced the operation of these forces to shoot down an American F-18 fighter jet.
