PNN – The US Secretary of Defense said that Yemen’s Houthis (Ansarullah) must withdraw and stop attacking ships at sea.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network from Al Jazeera, Pete Hegsett added: As long as Yemen (Ansar Allah) continues its attacks on ships and drones, the United States will continue to attack the Houthis.
The US Secretary of Defense told Fox News: As soon as the Houthis say they will stop shooting at ships and shooting at drones, these actions will end, but until then the attacks will be relentless.
He added: We seek an end to the shooting of ships in that vital waterway. We want freedom of navigation restored in that area, which is a core American national interest.
Hegst claimed: Iran has supported the Houthis for a long time, it would be better for them to withdraw.
The political office of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement previously announced in a statement that the US and British attack on residential neighborhoods in Sanaa is a hostile and criminal act.
The statement said: Targeting civilians and residential neighborhoods is a full-fledged war crime and another sign of America’s terrorizing of nations and countries opposed to it.
The statement added: This aggression once again showed that America is fighting on behalf of the Zionist regime.
The political office of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement continued the statement by emphasizing that military aggression cannot prevent Yemen from helping the Palestinian people and fulfilling its duty to support the Gaza Strip.
The statement concluded: This aggression will not go unanswered, and the Yemeni armed forces are fully prepared to respond to attacks with attacks.
