PNN – A regional media outlet reported that a delegation from the US Treasury Department is set to meet with the Lebanese president in Beirut. The delegation carries a strong message from Washington to the Lebanese government.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Al-Hadath Network reported that a delegation from the US Treasury Department is scheduled to meet with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun in Beirut.
Meanwhile, the English section of Al-Hadath Network also reported, citing its sources that two senior White House officials will also travel to Beirut today.

The US Treasury also announced that the delegation will travel to Europe and the region to investigate ways to pressure Iran.
On the other hand, the Israeli Kan channel announced that Israel has warned American officials overseeing the implementation of the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon that in recent weeks, Hezbollah has transferred hundreds of missiles from Syria to Lebanon, rebuilt its damaged missile launchers, and recruited thousands of new forces, a move that Tel Aviv claims is a clear violation of the Lebanese government’s decision to disarm Hezbollah.
According to this report, Israel conveyed a message to the Lebanese army through the Americans, claiming: You are not taking action against Hezbollah as necessary, so Israel will continue its attacks in Lebanon.
