PNN – The US Secretary of War claimed that relations between Washington and Beijing are in very good condition after Donald Trump’s meeting with the Chinese President.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Russia Today, US Secretary of War Pete Hegsett announced that he agreed with his Chinese counterpart Dong Jun on the need to establish military [communication] channels to prevent conflict and contain any escalation of tensions between the two countries.

In other remarks, he said: I spoke with President Trump, and we both believe that relations between the United States and China are now at their best.
Heggest added: Following President Trump’s historic meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in South Korea, I also had a very positive meeting with Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun in Malaysia, and last night we had a new conversation.
The US Secretary of War stated: We agreed with the Chinese Minister of Defense that peace, stability, and good relations are the best path for our two great and powerful countries.
In another part of his speech, he repeated Trump’s crusade regarding the killing of Christians in Nigeria and claimed: The killing of innocent Christians in Nigeria and anywhere in the world must stop immediately.
