PNN – The US Treasury Secretary emphasized in a speech: We do not intend to use our forces in the Ukrainian conflict.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing RIA Novosti, US Treasury Secretary Scott Besant said on Wednesday in a statement about recent incidents in NATO airspace that the United States would not use its forces in the Ukrainian conflict under any circumstances.

The US Treasury Secretary continued: We will sell weapons to the Europeans, and they can transfer those weapons to Ukraine.

US President Donald Trump previously called such incidents problematic in response to Estonia’s claim that three Russian fighter jets had entered its airspace.

The Estonian Foreign Ministry summoned a Russian diplomat to protest the alleged entry of these fighter jets, which the country claims lasted 12 minutes in its airspace.

The incident came a little more than a week after NATO fighter jets reported shooting down drones attributed to Russia over Poland, heightening concerns about an escalation of the war in Ukraine.

This is despite the fact that Russia has repeatedly rejected such claims and has called for resolving misunderstandings with the West through dialogue.
