Washington Post admits US and Israeli coordination in attack on Syria.
Al Jazeera news agency quoted the American newspaper Washington Post as saying that the Zionist regime informed the United States about its attacks a few hours after the overthrow of former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his departure from the country.
The American newspaper quoted an informed source as saying that the United States had long given the Zionist regime freedom of action regarding any activity in Syria.
The source stated that Tel Aviv did not need Washington’s approval or request assistance from this country in its operation in Syria.
According to the report, Zionist sources believe that the need to create a buffer zone on the Syrian borders is clear and that the Israelis do not want to see armed groups on the borders of occupied Palestine.
The Israeli Minister of Agriculture also stated to the Washington Post in this report that Tel Aviv is very insistent that these attacks do not harm the military positions of the Russian army in Syria.
