Washington’s double standards; America: There is no way to evacuate Rafah and Israel’s military operations

PNN – At the same time as the US State Department provided military aid to Israel for the bombing of Gaza, in its annual human rights report, the US State Department revealed a veil of Israeli crimes, and the spokesman of the US State Department also announced that we have informed the Israelis that there is no way to safely evacuate the residents of Rafah and carry out military operations (ground attack).

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs, added in a meeting with reporters on Monday local time: There is no way to conduct an operation in Rafah that does not harm civilians or prevent aid, and we continue to make this clear to Israel.

Miller emphasized: We do not believe that there is an effective way to evacuate 1.4 million Palestinians from Rafah.

The spokesperson of the US State Department, without referring to his country’s military and security assistance to Israel for bombing Gaza, claimed: We are looking forward to the day when the people of Gaza will return to their homes and rebuild them.

The US State Department official also said: “The ball is now in Hamas’s court, and if he cares about the interests of the Palestinian people, he should accept the proposed agreement.”

Publication of the American human rights report on Gaza and Israel’s crimes at the same time as providing arms to this regime

At the same time as the US arms and military aid to Israel in the bombing of the Gaza Strip, the human rights report of the US Department of State was published, which states: We continue to express concern about the deaths and injuries of tens of thousands of civilians in Gaza.

The report states that Israel’s response to October 7 led to the killing of more than 21,000 Palestinians by the end of 2023, and attacks by Israeli settlers and Palestinian fighters reached an unprecedented record in 2023.

According to this report, Israeli forces have committed illegal killings in the occupied Palestinian territories. Israeli forces have carried out forced disappearances and torture and imposed restrictions on media freedom.

The report states that the conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza continues to raise human rights concerns. We made it clear to Israel that it must conduct its military operations in accordance with international law. Israel must take all possible precautions to protect civilians.
