What did the Palestinian groups say about the judgment of The Hague Court?

PNN – Palestinian groups had different reactions to the International Court of Justice ruling in The Hague regarding the Zionist regime’s genocide case in the Gaza Strip.

According to Pakistan News Network’s report on Saturday, quoted by Al-Mayadin network, while welcoming this vote, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) emphasized that it proved the accusation against the occupying regime about the mass killing in Gaza and demanded that it be stopped. This vote means stopping all aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Hamas asked the international community to oblige the enemy to comply with the court’s verdict and stop the ongoing crimes of mass murder.

Hamas added: This vote opens the ground for the prosecution of the leaders of the Zionist regime for committing crimes before The Hague Court. This is an emphasis on the right of the destiny of the Palestinian nation and the formation of its independent state and return to the land from which it was driven.

Hamas thanked the position of South Africa and its support for the Palestinian nation and also appreciated other countries supporting this international movement.

On the other hand, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement considered the temporary ruling issued by The Hague Court to request the occupation to stop the actions of the Zionist regime insufficient and announced that the Zionist enemy will abuse this to continue its actions.

This movement condemned The Hague Court’s refusal to issue a clear and binding decision to stop the war and the crimes of the Zionist army against Gaza.

The statement of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement states: The decisions and temporary measures of The Hague Court are not to the extent of a request to stop the war in Gaza, although it emphasized the need to stop any action that leads to killing and genocide.

According to this statement, these decisions may lead to a pretext for the Zionist enemy to carry out its desired actions in Gaza.

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement stated: The refusal of the court to request the cessation of the war in Gaza is evidence of the hegemony of global evil forces over international legal institutions for their own benefit and to the detriment of the world’s oppressed.

Also, this movement praised and appreciated the actions and efforts of South Africa to expose the crimes of the Zionist enemy and break the global silence regarding the genocide of the people of Gaza.

The Palestinian Mujahideen movement also expressed surprise at the lack of a clear vote on stopping the war and did not consider this vote to be at the level of the Zionist regime’s crime in Gaza.

This movement declared: The failure to issue a vote on forcing the Zionist enemy to stop the war is due to the inability of international institutions to protect human rights and the rights of nations due to the hegemony of the United States and the Zionist regime over these institutions, which prefer their interests to the resources of the oppressed nations.

The Mujahideen movement also praised the efforts of South Africa to stop the war in Gaza and asked all the free people of the world and the Islamic Ummah to use all means to stop the war.

On the other hand, the Popular Front of Palestine welcomed the decision of The Hague Court.

In its statement, the Popular Front of Palestine called for increasing solidarity and intensifying measures in support of the Palestinian nation and sanctioning the occupiers and continuing the intifada of global anger against the supporters of the Zionist regime’s war of mass murder.

On Friday, the preliminary ruling of the International Court of Justice was issued regarding South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime. This ruling obliges the Zionist regime to take measures to prevent the genocide of the people of Gaza.
