He continued that the coalition should agree on freezing Russian assets and handing over these funds to Ukraine.

Starmer, noting that the coalition is determined to stand by Ukraine until negotiations begin on good terms, expressed satisfaction with the acceleration of Britain’s plans to supply missiles to Ukraine and said: We must intensify military pressure on Russia.

The British Prime Minister stressed during the meeting that the coalition must continue its efforts to remove Russian oil and gas from global markets. The coalition is determined to stand by Ukraine to start negotiations from a position of strength.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said during the meeting that the coalition is able to protect Ukraine’s energy sector by providing gas and essential equipment.

Zelensky, who continues to seek to strengthen his missile fleet despite US opposition, said: A number of Patriot systems are ready in Europe and we can immediately use them to “protect the lives of people in Ukraine.”

He said that the European coalition should sanction all Russian energy companies and prevent them from entering the market to put more pressure on Putin.

Zelensky said: We must put pressure on Russia to negotiate seriously, and I am ready for any negotiations.

The Ukrainian prime minister, who is still upset by Donald Trump’s negative response to the supply of Tomahawk missiles, said that Tomahawk missiles and advanced weapons are the best means of putting pressure on Putin, because he abandoned diplomacy as soon as talks stopped.
