PNN – As the war approaches a stage of attrition, analysts are warning of a scenario in which continued conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran could lead to the use of unconventional weapons and nuclear war.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Youssef Hassan, a prominent Algerian analyst, wrote in the widely circulated Desiretob magazine: As the US-Israeli war with Iran approaches its final and erosive stages, analysts are uncovering a dangerous scenario that could change the rules of the conflict.
According to informed sources, the US-Israeli war against Iran is approaching its final days, as both sides have almost exhausted their lists of military targets and the only factor that determines victory is “resistance”. In this context, strategic assessments warn of the need to closely examine the indirect threat of the US regarding the possible use of nuclear weapons and to create fear among the Iranians. But the surprising reality is that Iran, despite not having nuclear weapons, may have the ability to equip its ballistic missiles with chemical and biological warheads, which it can easily produce.
This means that it could retaliate against any nuclear attack by targeting Israel, US forces and their allies in the region. Most worryingly, the damage from such a response would be no less than that from nuclear weapons, and could even be more catastrophic. Iran has already proven that it will “go to the limit,” bombing gas tanks in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates in response to the targeting of its gas fields, and destroying the aluminum industries of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates in response to the targeting of its steel industry.
Even if there are political and legal consequences, Tehran will not fear them, because this step will be taken as a reaction, not an attack. Even more worrying is that the existing shelters in Israel will not be able to protect civilians from chemical weapons.
Therefore, analysts believe that the parties to the conflict must immediately stop the war, as Iran will not hesitate to carry out its threats and any use of unconventional weapons will be met with an immediate and similar response.
