PNN – In light of the Zionist regime’s ongoing genocide in Gaza, the US President has once again presented a new plan to buy time for the Zionist regime.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al Jazeera, while the Zionist regime continues its genocide in Gaza, with the number of martyrs reaching about 65,000 and hundreds of thousands more missing, injured, amputated, and displaced, another battle is underway in the diplomatic arena.
The British magazine The Economist recently reported that several governments and think tanks have presented plans for the “day after the war” in Gaza, including European and Arab initiatives as well as plans developed by the Islamic resistance movement Hamas. The magazine emphasized that the most controversial plan is the one led by former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
Details of Blair’s American plan for Gaza rule
The Economist reported, citing informed sources, that Blair’s governing body would operate under the UN’s mandate as a “high political and legal authority” for five years, run by a seven-member council and a small executive secretariat, and would be funded by the Gulf States.

The magazine added that the project has the support of prominent figures, including Jared Kushner, Donald Trump’s son-in-law. Trump coordinated the plan with Blair and American and Israeli envoys last August, and then proposed it to Arab and Asian leaders.
The Economist also acknowledges that a large section of Palestinians fear that the plan could become a new form of international occupation. These concerns are exacerbated by Britain’s colonial history in Palestine, Tony Blair’s negative record of playing a role in the 2003 invasion of Iraq and the failure of his previous efforts as a Quartet envoy.
The Economist report adds that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is also seeking a return to Gaza through a technocratic government with Arab support.
Hamas, on the other hand, has declared its readiness to allow an independent government to govern the Gaza Strip, provided that this arrangement is accompanied by a real political horizon. However, according to the Economist, Hamas refuses to remove its elements from civil sectors such as education and health.
The Zionist newspaper Haaretz, describing the details of this plan, wrote: The plan involves the creation of an “international authority” that would be responsible for rebuilding Gaza and administering its affairs for several years with the authorization of the United Nations Security Council, and would be accompanied by a multinational force to secure the borders and prevent the Hamas movement from returning to power.
Haaretz adds that the plan is vague about when and where the Gaza Strip would be handed over to the Palestinian Authority. Arab sources warned that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu might exploit this ambiguity to prevent the PA from participating in Gaza.
On the other hand, the British Financial Times newspaper emphasized that Blair has been personally trying for months to promote the idea of an international trusteeship over the Gaza Strip, an idea that has faced opposition from Arab capitals.
The newspaper reported that Trump’s plan includes a combination of elements that have previously been proposed in European and Arab initiatives. The most important of these elements are: A permanent ceasefire, accompanied by the release of all Zionist prisoners in Gaza and the replacement of Zionist forces with an international force. In addition, the temporary administration of the Gaza Strip would be carried out by a Palestinian committee under international supervision, and any forced displacement of Gaza residents would be rejected in this plan.
Under this plan, Hamas would have no role in the future government, and the Palestinian Authority would likely be gradually included in the government. However, it remains to be seen what will ultimately happen in Gaza.
