Why did the Zionist regime attack Hodeidah port?

Why did the Zionist regime attack Hodeidah port?

During the last 9 months, the Zionist regime has tried to prevent the scope of the war from going beyond the north and south of the occupied territories, so that the Zionists living in the center can continue their normal lives in the big cities of occupied Palestine.

But the attack of the Yemeni resistance on the center of Tel Aviv on Friday morning changed this equation and moved the scope of the war to the center of the occupied territories. In response to this attack, the fighters of the Zionist regime targeted the Yemeni oil facilities in Hodeidah port and practically entered the “plan” of the National Salvation Government of Yemen to start a direct war.

After this attack, the Yemeni authorities openly announced that they will continue military operations against major cities in the occupied territories until the war in Gaza stops. Now Netanyahu and the Zionist military commanders must prepare for an unpredictable battle against the Yemeni resistance and prepare themselves for any scenario.

In the continuation of this analytical report, we will analyze the escalation of tension between Sana’a and Tel Aviv and the consequences of the Zionist army’s attack on Hodeidah port in Yemen.

During the four phases of Ansarullah Yemen’s naval operation in the Red Sea, more than 200 operations and targeted attacks have been carried out against commercial ships affiliated with the western ports of the occupied territories and allies of this regime.

The early morning attack of Yemenis near the US Embassy in Tel Aviv, however, indicates the beginning of a new phase of the battle between the Zionist regime and the resistance axis. In the early hours of Friday, July 19th, the Yemeni resistance attacked a residential building in Tel Aviv using a Samad-3 drone. During this attack, a total of 9 people were killed and wounded.

According to the “Times of the Zionist regime”, Daniel Hagari, the spokesman of the army of this regime, announced the initial detection of this drone in the sky of occupied Palestine, but the Zionists failed to complete the interception and targeting of the Yemeni drone due to “human error”.

This defense failure happened to the Zionist army, when the weakness of the western defense systems against drones had already been identified on various fronts. In other words, anti-aircraft systems were usually programmed to engage high-altitude targets and have a limited ability to identify and target short-range UAVs.

The reaction of the Zionists

According to “The Times” report, on Saturday, July 20th, in response to the Yemeni resistance drone attack on Tel Aviv, the Zionist regime targeted the fuel warehouse and other facilities of Hodeidah port. Another person reported.

Yoaf Gallant, Minister of War of the Zionist regime, claimed that during the “Long Arm” operation, Ansarullah attacked Yemen for the first time after 200 attacks. He claimed in a threatening tone that the fire lit in Yemen can now be seen in the entire Middle East.

Netanyahu, by publishing a video message, considered Yemen a part of the axis of resistance and demanded the creation of a single coalition against the threat of Iran. In justifying this terrorist attack, Daniel Hagari claimed that Hodeidah port is a place to transfer weapons to Yemen and therefore it is in the bank of legal targets of the Zionist regime. In response to this attack, the Islamic resistance movement Hamas issued a statement condemning this illegal act and demanded the response of Muslim countries and the international community to this crime.
