Herzog’s visit to the UAE took place at a time when more than 15,000 Palestinians have been martyred following Israeli army attacks in recent weeks. The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement and the Yemeni Ansarullah Movement each condemned the United Arab Emirates’ reception of the head of the Zionist regime in a separate statement.

The Zionist army resumed its attacks on the Gaza Strip this morning after a 6-day ceasefire and killed 178 Palestinians in less than 24 hours – according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.

Earlier, the Iranian delegation headed by the Minister of Energy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which had gone to the UAE to participate in the Dubai Climate Summit, left the venue of the conference in the UAE in protest against the presence of Zionist officials.
