PNN – A Western newspaper pointed to the heavy damage caused by Yemen’s successful operation against a ship linked to the Israeli regime in the Red Sea.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Masirah, the Financial Times newspaper reported that the owners of the Eternity C ship, which was recently sunk in the Red Sea by Yemeni armed forces, are facing losses of tens of millions of dollars.
The report states that the ship had sailed in the Red Sea without any cover from the dangers of war.
The Financial Times added that American Travelers had not renewed the ship’s war risk insurance because of its insistence on taking a dangerous route.
The newspaper previously reported that insurance costs for ships transiting the Red Sea have increased dramatically.
The report states that this price increase was due to attacks by Yemeni armed forces against ships affiliated with the Israeli regime in the Red Sea.
