PNN – The vice president of the Yemeni Information Organization said that the Yemenis will not allow the US to invade their country and that the base that the US targeted in Yemen was inactive.
According to the International group of Pakistan News Network, “Nasreddin Amer”, the vice-chairman of Yemen’s information organization, announced new details about the morning attack of the United States on Yemeni soil at noon (Saturday).
America attacked areas in Yemen this morning. “Al-Masira” network reported this morning that “Al-Dilami” base was targeted in this attack.
In an interview with “Al Jazeera” channel, Nasreddin Amer said: “We will not allow the Americans to invade our country and we will respond soon.”
He further added: “The bases that the Americans targeted were inactive. We consider the presence of Americans in the region illegal and our attack on American vessels in the region is legitimate.”
Washington says it carried out the attack in response to Yemeni army operations against Israeli ships in the Red Sea. America, with the help of England, attacked areas in Yemen on Friday morning.
Yemeni officials have said that they have been waiting for the moment when the United States and the United Kingdom enter the war directly, and they will respond to the Americans soon.
“Mohammed Al-Bakhiti, a member of the Yemeni Ansarullah political office, last night in an interview with Al-Mayadeen network, said that the Yemeni army had goals related to the tension-causing actions of the United States and was counting the minutes for the direct entry of the United States into the war.”
