PNN – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has argued that the full success of his plan to end the war with Russia depends on US President Joe Biden.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network from “Tass Russia News Agency”, Zelensky told the media at the Yalta European Strategy Conference in Kiev: There are several points regarding this plan, and each point depends on Biden’s decision.
He added that he could not fully disclose his initiative because he had promised the President of the United States. Zelensky said his meeting with Biden, where he will present the plan, will take place later this month.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine also announced that he has prepared a plan for a ceasefire with Russia and wants to share it with US President Joe Biden and the country’s presidential candidates.

Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced that his country will not take Zelensky’s peace plan seriously because Western countries are not seeking a fair agreement.
On the other hand, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov stated on Wednesday that Moscow welcomes the peace plan of Brasilia and Beijing to resolve the Ukraine crisis.
Russia’s “Kursk” border region was heavily attacked by Ukraine on August 6. On the other hand, Russian forces have intensified their attacks, including in the “Donetsk” region, and at the same time they are trying to repulse the surprise cross-border attack of Ukraine on Kursk.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine announced in a news interview that his country will keep the territories captured from Russian territory and considered it as part of his victory plan to end the war.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky said that the whole world, including Ukraine, wants Russia to attend the second peace meeting planned to end the war in Ukraine.
The first Ukrainian peace meeting was held in Switzerland in June, while Russia, which is a party to the conflict, was not invited to attend the meeting.
