Zionist General: We are drowning in the Gaza quagmire / Iran’s military progress continues.
Yitzhak Barak, a prominent Zionist general and former military grievance officer who has been sharply critical of the Israeli government and army since the beginning of the Gaza war for their wrong policies in getting caught up in a war of attrition, stated in his new article, We live in a turbulent region where changes are very rapid and unexpected, and if the Israeli army continues in this way, it will not have the strength to confront new threats and future wars.
Yitzhak Barak emphasized in an article published on the website of the Zionist regime’s Channel 7 television: Just as we were not prepared for the Gaza war, the next war could be tens of times more painful. These are not my personal opinions; rather, they are facts that are reflected in the statements of senior Israeli army officers, from brigade commanders to battalion and company commanders, who spoke to me about the difficult field situation of the Israeli army and asked that the details of these conversations remain confidential, but in any case, any reasonable person can understand that we have suffered losses in the war with Hamas.
The Zionist general listed the threats facing the Zionist regime as follows:
– Hezbollah has not been completely defeated and still has hundreds of kilometers of tunnels and sufficient ammunition reserves to paralyze Israel on the northern front; just as in the past. We must not forget how Hezbollah managed to fire more than 100 rockets a day at Tel Aviv for a week and a half, completely paralyzing Israel’s northern front (occupied Palestine).
