Zionist journalist concerned about the British considering the name Yahya al-Sinwar for babies.
A Zionist journalist, observing the widespread interest of British families in keeping alive the memory of martyr Yahya al-Sinwar, the late head of the Hamas political bureau, considered it a sign of growing anti-Zionist tendencies among the British.
Zionist journalist Orr Fialkov, republishing a news report from English-language media, expressed concern about the growing trend of choosing the name Yahya in Britain.
The Zionist journalist added: At the same time as British families are strongly inclined towards the martyrs of the Palestinian resistance, many of them are naming their children after Yahya al-Sinwar to commemorate his memory.
According to British media, the name “Yahya” was ranked the 33rd most used name for newborn children in 2024 in England.
