Zionist media: America is preparing a new plan to disarm Hezbollah.
The Hebrew-language website “House of the Haredi” claimed yesterday that, given the failure of previous US efforts to disarm Hezbollah in Lebanon, which began several months ago, the United States, along with several Arab Gulf states, recently made a tempting offer to the government of that country.
The Zionist media outlet wrote that, according to a report by the independent Lebanese channel “MTV”, which is known for its opposition to Hezbollah, the United States, along with the Gulf states, is preparing a new financial aid plan for the Lebanese government to put more pressure on Hezbollah to disarm.
According to the Lebanese channel, American sources say that the amount of the offer is $16 billion, but on the condition that the Lebanese government will receive this financial aid if it can completely disarm Hezbollah, not partially.
In this regard, the Zionist newspaper “Yediot Aharonot” also reported that the Israeli security cabinet will meet tomorrow, Thursday, to focus on confronting Hezbollah and examining various options.
