Zionist media: Israeli army exhausted after two years of war.
According to the Shahab news agency, the Ma’ariv newspaper added in the report that the Israeli army is facing a shortage of nearly 12,000 personnel.
The report states: Of these, 9,000 are combat troops and about 3,000 are support troops.
Ma’ariv added: In other words, the Israeli army is currently short of the equivalent of a regular army, and reservists are scheduled to be called up for 60 days in 2026.
The newspaper also wrote: The conscription law proposed by a member of the Knesset will not meet the needs of the army, and according to officers, this law is nothing more than a political maneuver.
