PNN – A Zionist media outlet, referring to the mandatory increase in the length of military service in the regime’s army, emphasized that the military is tired and that the army’s decisions and the imprisonment of a number of them have weakened morale in the army structure.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Zionist newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth quoted several officers and soldiers of the Israeli army as saying that the soldiers of this army are tired due to the mandatory four-month extension of military service.
These Israeli officers and soldiers said that extending military service would lead to many challenges and cause great damage to the soldiers’ motivation.
They added that the army’s decisions and the imprisonment of a number of military personnel have caused morale to decline in the army.

The newspaper also quoted Zionist analyst Nahum Barnia as saying: The Israeli cabinet has promised to pay 8,000 shekels (the Israeli currency) per month for more service in the army, which makes you feel like the army is giving bribes, as if the soldiers are mercenaries whom the cabinet tells to take our money and give us their lives in return.
Referring to the exemption of “Haredi” religious Orthodox from serving in the Israeli army and the granting of stipends to them, he said: There are thousands of young people who are being paid by the cabinet not to serve. I can’t believe there is a cabinet in the world that behaves like this. I can’t believe it. If religious parties were against war, I could accept that and understand that they don’t want war and they don’t want anyone to fight, but they support war but they don’t want to go to war.
Previously, Avi Ashkenazi, a military analyst for the Israeli regime, criticized the regime’s cabinet’s performance in the war against the Gaza Strip, saying: We are moving towards drowning in the swamp (the war in the Gaza Strip). They are trying to achieve something that cannot be achieved by force, with more force. The cabinet has adopted the policy of Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich (of the Israeli regime). This means that the army has tacitly admitted that the first goal, which is to free the (Zionist) prisoners, has not been achieved, and it seems that we will be forced to turn our backs on the prisoners.
In this regard, another Zionist analyst, Nissim Meshaal, said: I want to shout; the killing and slaughter in Gaza is enough, but no one hears my voice, the cabinet is closed and wants to return to the Gaza swamp.
He emphasized: They think that military pressure will lead to the release of prisoners and the defeat of Hamas, but this will not happen because Hamas continues to resist and will not return the prisoners.
Mashaal continued: Instead of entering a new phase of war, it is time to accept the proposals put forward at the negotiating table.
