PNN – Zionist media reported that it seems that serious negotiations are underway for the exchange of Israeli prisoners with the Hamas resistance group.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Sama Fasoltin news agency, while the efforts to reach an agreement regarding the exchange of prisoners between Israel and the resistance groups continue, Yediot Aharnot newspaper, published in the occupied territories, reported that “Steve Witkoff”, the Trump administration’s special envoy for Middle East affairs, has informed the families of the Israeli prisoners that “serious” negotiations are underway and it is likely that these negotiations will lead to an agreement “in the coming days”.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army announced that General Zamir has decided to maximize the alert level on all fronts.
This action was carried out with the aim of ensuring the security of the Jewish holiday “Passover” and according to military sources, all units of the Zionist army are on alert.
Yediot Aharnot quoted unnamed Israeli sources and wrote this morning that US President Donald Trump recently gave Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a deadline of two to three weeks to end the war in the Gaza Strip.
According to these sources, Trump is trying to advance a “comprehensive agreement” that can lead to the release of Zionist prisoners in the Gaza Strip and a complete cessation of war.
On the other hand, “Israel Hum” newspaper reported that “Israel” is close to returning prisoners from Gaza.

At the same time, Channel 12’s political analyst Emmit Segal announced that in Israel, there is agreement with only half of Donald Trump’s statements, and there are still big differences about the number of prisoners to be released and especially about the request for an end to the war.
The office of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, also announced that he has reviewed the latest developments related to the new proposals in meetings with the negotiating team and the heads of the security institutions.
According to Channel 13 “Israel”, Egypt has presented a new proposal, which includes the release of 8 or 9 live captives, including the American captive “Eidan Alexander” and the delivery of the bodies of 8 other captives. The proposal also includes a 70-day ceasefire, the resumption of phase two negotiations, the reopening of crossings and the entry of humanitarian aid and fuel into Gaza.
News sources, including the correspondent of Israel’s I24 News, Channel 15 and Channel 12, have reported that progress has been made in the recent negotiations and that the possibility of reaching an agreement in the coming days is higher than in the past weeks.
Channel 12 also reported from the words of Israeli officials that the families of the prisoners expressed hope for a positive development in the coming days after meeting with the American officials. Netanyahu’s office also confirmed that he met with the families of the prisoners and informed them about the ongoing efforts to return their children. Channel 12 also reported that Ronin Bar, the head of Shabak, attended the situation assessment meetings with the Prime Minister of Israel, and this shows the seriousness of the negotiation process.
According to Yediot Aharnot newspaper, America is not only satisfied with limited measures, but is promoting a broad initiative in the region. Zionist officials who have been in contact with the American side have learned that Trump has left only a short deadline for the continuation of military operations and called for a quick end to the war.
During the more than 18 months of the Zionist regime’s military aggression against the Gaza Strip, the United States of America has played a key role in providing comprehensive support to this regime; Support referred to as “unconditional support”. These supports have been clearly evident not only in the political and diplomatic fields, but also in the military, intelligence and economic levels.
At the political level, the United States has repeatedly used its veto power in international forums, especially in the UN Security Council, to prevent the adoption of resolutions calling for an end to the war, condemning the killing of civilians, or investigating the war crimes committed by the Zionist regime. This stance has been repeatedly criticized by human rights organizations and even some Western allies of America.
From a military point of view, Washington has allocated billions of dollars in arms aid to Tel Aviv and during the war; it has accelerated the shipment of weapons and ammunition to the Zionist regime. In some cases, even advanced military equipment, including mortar bombs, drones, and surveillance systems, has been provided to Tel Aviv.
