PNN – Referring to the beginning of a new round of negotiations between the Palestinian resistance and the occupying regime, a Zionist media wrote that now the chances of an agreement between the Palestinian resistance and Hamas are greater than ever.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Zionist newspaper “Haaretz”, referring to the upcoming negotiations between the Israeli regime and the Palestinian resistance, wrote that these negotiations are a great opportunity to exchange prisoners and end the dire situation of the Zionists living in the north of the occupied territories.
This Zionist media said that “this time the chance of reaching an agreement is greater than ever”, adding that this agreement can lead to the return of prisoners and prevent the expansion of the war with Lebanon.
Referring to the recent meeting of the Minister of War of the occupying regime with the families of the Zionist prisoners, Haaretz wrote: Yoav Gallant told the families that an agreement is close.
This Zionist media added: Gallant is not the only one who considers this round of ceasefire negotiations serious, but all the members of the Israeli team, including representatives of the Mossad, Shin Bet and the army, believe that this time the positions of the sides can be brought closer to each other.
Haaretz also claimed that the Hamas delegation informed Hezbollah during its recent visit to Lebanon that it agreed with the ceasefire and that Hezbollah welcomed it.

This Tel Aviv print newspaper wrote: Agreement with Hamas and cessation of war or death of prisoners and all-out war are Tel Aviv’s only options, and public opinion should not allow Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his allies in the extreme right to waste this opportunity.
Ha’aretz also reported the threat to Netanyahu’s cabinet by the Committee of the Families of the Zionist Prisoners and wrote: The families of the prisoners threatened that if the opportunity for an agreement is lost, they will bring millions of protesters to the streets.
According to the media reports of the Zionist regime, in continuation of the indirect negotiations between Tel Aviv and the Palestinian resistance, the negotiating delegations of this regime will go to Doha, the capital of Qatar, and Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
For months, mediators led by the United States, Qatar and Egypt have been trying to reach an agreement between the occupying regime and the Palestinian resistance that would guarantee the exchange of prisoners and a ceasefire.
However, mediators’ efforts have been hampered by Netanyahu’s refusal to respond to Palestinian resistance calls for an end to the war.
Earlier on May 6, the Palestinian resistance groups had agreed to the proposal of Egypt and Qatar to stop the war and exchange prisoners, but Tel Aviv rejected it and claimed that this proposal did not meet Tel Aviv’s expectations.
After nine months have passed since the Zionist regime invaded the Gaza Strip without any results and achievements, this regime is sinking more and more into its internal and external crises. After 9 months, the Zionist regime has not achieved its stated goals of destroying Hamas and returning the Zionist prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
During this period, the Zionist regime has not achieved anything other than crime, massacre, destruction, war crimes, violation of international laws, bombing of relief organizations and famine in this region.
