PNN – Israeli media announced that residents of northern occupied Palestine have been surprised by Hezbollah’s capabilities in recent weeks, emphasizing that without reaching a political agreement with Lebanon, the movement will continue to be present and that it will be very difficult to deal a decisive blow to it.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Mayadeen, Israel’s Channel 12 announced on Monday: The residents of the north have been surprised by Hezbollah’s capabilities in the past two weeks; because they thought the movement was in a completely different situation. The network added: There is a gap between what they have been told and the reality on the ground.
The Israeli network also noted: If a political agreement is not ultimately reached with Lebanon, Hezbollah will still remain here.
According to this media outlet, Hezbollah will still be present and it will be very difficult to deal a broader and more decisive blow to it.
According to Channel 12: There will be no complete protection in the north, and anyone who says otherwise is not telling the truth, especially for residents living near the border.
Despite talk of Hezbollah’s reduced capabilities, northern occupied Palestine continues to witness continuous bombardment and the use of cluster munitions, and the Israeli army has failed to provide security for settlers returning to border areas.
In the same context, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth also reported: Hezbollah has demonstrated stronger capabilities than expected, even compared to assessments within the Israeli army.
The newspaper added that political leaders have expressed frustration with the situation and have conveyed through media leaks that the Israeli army was surprised by Hezbollah’s reaction and only expected a limited intervention.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese Islamic Resistance – Hezbollah announced on Monday that it had targeted the “Beit al-Jundi” center in the town of “Kiryat Shmona” twice with a barrage of missiles, a special missile, and a group of suicide drones, emphasizing that the attack was carried out in defense of Lebanon and its people.
