PNN – The head of the Zionist Democratic Party, in a statement, accused the regime’s prime minister of sacrificing Israel’s security for his own political survival.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Sama news agency, Yair Golan, leader of the opposition Democratic Party of the Zionist regime, strongly criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of the regime, stating that he has sacrificed the security of the regime for his own political survival.
The remarks came after Netanyahu accused Ronen Bar, head of the Israeli internal security agency (Shabak), of leading a campaign against him.
Golan wrote in a post on the social network “X”: Netanyahu is someone who has sold Israel’s security for his own political survival; he sees anyone who serves Israel but does not serve his personal interests as an enemy.
He also referred to the current and former heads of the Shin Bet, Nadav Argaman and Ronen Bar, as “loyal servants” of the Zionist regime, emphasizing that they have dedicated their lives to the security of the regime.
In this regard, Yair Lapid, the leader of the Israeli opposition, also described Netanyahu’s statements as “completely out of control” and warned that such statements pose a serious threat to the organization tasked with protecting the security of Israeli settlers.
On the other hand, Itamar Ben-Giver, a hardline member of the Knesset and the resigned Minister of Internal Security of the Israeli regime, took a stand against the head of the Shin Bet and called for his immediate dismissal.
The differences between Netanyahu and the Shin Bet have intensified in recent days.
These tensions increased after the Israeli Prime Minister considered the results of the Shin Bet investigation into the October 7, 2023 attack to be inadequate and accused the security agency of being unaccountable.
In contrast, the Shin Bet, by admitting some mistakes, implicitly held Netanyahu responsible for the ineffective policies of recent years.
