According to Russia Today, Sharon Haskell, the Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister, got angry and went into a rage at a press conference when an RT reporter asked her if Tel Aviv would abandon its nuclear weapons program if Iran stopped its enrichment program!
In response to the question of whether Israel would do the same if Tehran abandoned its nuclear program, Haskell claimed: As Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said, the most important issue is that Iran should not have nuclear weapons. This is an issue that we are facing and we understand that this is a threat not only to Israel but to the entire world!
Haskell went on to claim that Iran had destroyed Beirut and the Lebanese economy, without mentioning the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanese soil. He also repeated a similar claim about Tehran, repeating a similar claim while “expectedly” ignoring Tel Aviv’s aggression on Syrian and Yemeni soil.
He also claimed that Lebanon’s Hezbollah is the largest controller of drug and arms smuggling on the transit routes of Central and South America! Having lost control, he did not provide any evidence for his claims.
According to him, the Israeli regime is on the front lines of the war against what he called the “Iranian threat”!
The Israeli official, who had lost control, in response to the reporter’s comment that “his question had nothing to do with Iran and was about Israel,” claimed: Israel has never provoked anyone and has never attacked a neighboring country or any other country without being provoked!
He called the Zionist regime “the key to stabilizing” the Middle East and claimed that Iran’s disarmament is not in the interest of Tel Aviv, but in the interest of the world!
This Zionist official’s absurd claims come at a time when the occupiers have been bombarding the Gaza Strip non-stop since October 7, 2023, so that the number of martyrs of the Zionist aggression in this strip has reached more than 51,000.
