PNN – The Israeli security establishment admitted that despite the comprehensive blockade of the Gaza Strip, thousands of items of goods were imported into the Strip through suspicious methods last year with the help of Hamas, and claimed that Israelis were involved in this act.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Yedioth Aharonot, the military court of the Southern Command of the Israeli army and the regime’s internal security service (Shabak) are investigating the issue of the unauthorized entry of thousands of items of goods into the Gaza Strip.
According to the Hebrew-language newspaper, the smuggling of goods into Gaza has been ongoing for more than a year and involves Israelis. This is happening while the Gaza Strip is completely controlled by the Israeli army.
The case of Israeli involvement in smuggling goods into Gaza has been ongoing for a long time, and even after examining Hebrew reports, it seems that the alleged Israelis who collaborated in this matter are soldiers of the regime’s army.
The Ashkelon court described this case as a major case of smuggling.
Even during the turbulent days of the war, the publication of news about the case of smuggling goods to Gaza was prohibited by security agencies and was subject to censorship laws. As rumors about the case spread, some information about it was forced to be published.
According to Yedioth Aharonot, some of the goods smuggled into Gaza have civilian uses, while others have dual uses, and even goods to equip Hamas tunnels have been smuggled into the strip.
