PNN – The Hebrew-language newspaper Ma’ariv admitted in a report published in its Wednesday issue that concerns are increasing day by day in the north (occupied Palestine), and settlers are shouting: We can’t take this anymore.

The media outlet quoted Avichai Stern, mayor of Kiryat Shmona, the largest settlement in northern occupied Palestine, as revealing the deplorable conditions of the settlers during the 11-day war.

In this regard, Stern said: The residents of the settlement have gone through very difficult conditions over the past 11 days, why is Israel unable to take decisive action against Hezbollah?

According to him, the programs of the relevant institutions, especially the Home Front, were not effective for the settlers, who spent 11 days almost entirely in the shelter.

In another part of the conversation, the mayor of Kiryat Shmona admitted that the settlers are tired and worn out, they are afraid to open their businesses that conditions have never returned to normal and that these demands are an illusion.

He also reported that the settlers in the north (occupied Palestine) feel deceived by the ruling structure, as they were told that the Hezbollah threat south of the Litani had disappeared, while heavy anti-tank rocket attacks and heavy clashes have proven the opposite.
