Zionists are still afraid of “Sinwar”
While criticisms in Hebrew circles about the ongoing attrition war in Gaza and the increasing casualties of the Israeli army in this war continue, Ari Shavit, a prominent Zionist writer and analyst, declared in a short article that Israel is on the verge of political and moral collapse, despite what appears to be a military victory over Hamas.
In his article in the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, this Zionist writer emphasized: (Martyr) Yahya Sinwar may achieve victory even after his death by dragging Israel into a quagmire, not militarily, but strategically.
He added: Yahya Sinwar is dead, but he may rise from his grave and triumph, and stretch out his hand to drag Israel into a reality in the heart of the Middle East that is not like Israel. The real danger lies not in military battle, but in the loss of the Israeli identity that has distinguished Israel for decades.
