Zionists claim that Hamas has sent a proposal for a new prisoner exchange

Zionists claim that Hamas has sent a proposal for a new prisoner exchange agreement to Tel Aviv through Qatari and Egyptian mediators, according to Axios.

Axios website reported early Tuesday that Hamas’ resistance movement has sent a proposed offer for a new prisoner exchange agreement to Tel Aviv through Qatari and Egyptian mediators.

Axios claimed, citing two Zionist officials, “Israel rejected this agreement, but it shows that Hamas is ready to participate in negotiations for a new prisoner exchange agreement.”

The report claimed that Hamas’ proposal includes a three-stage process in which the war must be halted for more than a month in each stage for the prisoner exchange to take place.

The sources claimed that in this proposal, the Zionist regime will begin withdrawing its forces from Gaza during the implementation of the first stage of the agreement, which includes the release of about 40 Zionist prisoners, and some Palestinian prisoners are also likely to be released.

Axios wrote, citing these sources, that this proposal also puts an end to the war after the last stage of the agreement, which includes the release of Zionist soldiers detained in Gaza.

The Zionist official told Axios that the Tel Aviv War Cabinet discussed Hamas’ new proposal and told Qatari and Egyptian mediators that the proposal was unacceptable.

Earlier, some informed sources reported that a Zionist security delegation would soon travel to Cairo to review the new stage of the prisoner exchange with Hamas.
