Zionists warn of strengthening Hamas under ceasefire.
According to Al Jazeera, the Zionist newspaper Yedioth Aharonot, citing security sources in the regime, announced that the Hamas movement has expanded its influence and dominance in the Gaza Strip under the ceasefire agreement and stressed that whatever the regime did did not lead to the destruction of Hamas’s reserves and warehouses.
The newspaper announced that two weeks after the end of the first phase of the ceasefire and the statements of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of the regime that there would be no ceasefire without the release of all prisoners in Gaza, negotiations to complete the agreement have reached a deadlock.
Regarding the current situation, the newspaper also announced that despite the halt in aid to Gaza to pressure Hamas, the situation on the ground has not changed much, and Hamas has used aid for about 42 days and has filled its warehouses with goods and fuel for at least 4 months.
The Zionist newspaper wrote that the regime’s pressure tools to force Hamas to release prisoners have run out and quoted security sources as saying that Hamas is using the ceasefire period to prepare for war.

Yedioth Ahronoth confirmed, citing political sources, that if the proposal by US Representative Steve Whittaker to extend the ceasefire agreement in exchange for the release of several live prisoners and the bodies of the dead fails, the regime will resort to a plan that includes extending the first phase of the ceasefire agreement and discussing the desired numbers and timetable through intermediaries.
The newspaper wrote that US President Donald Trump, after his threats against Hamas, none of which were carried out, said yesterday in response to a question about whether he had any hope of releasing the Israeli prisoners: “I hope everything will be resolved and we will see everything. “I hope the issue is resolved because the situation is very complicated. There is a deep hatred here at a high level, like no one has ever seen before.”
