PNN – During the Zionist regime’s genocide, American Arms and ammunitions have played a significant role in the killing of tens of thousands of Palestinians and the wounding of hundreds of thousands more.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network citing Quds Press; notifications sent by the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump to Congress—along with data from the U.S. State Department—reveal a dramatic acceleration in arms deals and military aid allocated to the Zionist regime since Trump’s return to the White House. The value of these contracts stands at approximately $19.2 billion—a figure that does not yet include the latest $2.8 billion deal with the Zionist regime.
Covering the period from January 20, 2025, to September 17 of this year, the data show that the Trump administration approved and notified Congress of a succession of arms deals—including heavy bombs, guided munitions, Apache helicopters, assault vehicles, and missile systems.
For a number of these contracts, the administration invoked emergency powers to bypass the standard congressional review process and expedite the delivery of weapons to Israel.

These contracts are being finalized following years of sustained US military support for Israel during the tenure of President Joe Biden. A study by Brown University estimates the value of the military aid and contracts approved by Biden between October 2023 and early 2025 at approximately $17.9 billion.
US-supplied weapons and ammunition were extensively used during the Zionist regime’s genocide in the Gaza Strip—a war that resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinians, including a large number of women and children.
New $2.8 Billion Deal
In the latest arms-related move, the U.S. State Department informally notified the offices of four senior members—from both the Republican and Democratic parties—on the relevant congressional committees last week that the administration is preparing a new $2.8 billion deal with the Zionist regime.
According to released details, the deal comprises 40,000 bombs, each weighing 2,000 pounds; specifically, it includes 20,000 BLU-117 bombs and 20,000 I-2000 bunker-busting warheads.
2,000-pound bombs are among the heaviest conventional air-delivered munitions and possess immense destructive power; they are capable of penetrating structures and thick layers of concrete.
Despite opposition within the Democratic Party to similar deals, the administration has the authority to bypass the standard congressional review process by invoking emergency procedures—a power the Trump administration also exercised regarding previous deals with Israel.
