PNN – Dozens of American veterans participating in an anti-war rally at the Capitol building were arrested.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Manar, media sources announced that dozens of American veterans and a number of family members of military personnel were arrested after holding a protest rally inside the building affiliated with the country’s Congress against the war with Iran.
According to the report, the protesters chanted slogans against the US warmongering and were handcuffed by police upon entering the rally.
The organizers of the rally announced that 120 people, including former soldiers and families of US soldiers, participated in the rally and conveyed their message of the need to stop military escalation and stop the war.
