PNN – Following a wave of widespread arrests targeting Shia clerics and religious activists, the Al-Duraz area, west of Manama, witnessed public demonstrations.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network; the Al-Duraz area—located west of Manama, the capital of Bahrain—became the scene of angry public protests and demonstrations condemning the arrest of the country’s religious scholars and prominent religious figures.
Chanting slogans, the protesters denounced the Al-Khalifa regime’s continued repressive policies against the Shia population.
