Saudi dissident: Shutting down airports is more dangerous for Bin Salman than cutting off oil supplies.

PNN – A Saudi dissident emphasized that the closure of Riyadh’s airport poses a greater danger to Bin Salman than a disruption in oil supplies.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network; Saudi dissident Saad al-Faqih, commenting on Yemeni missile operations targeting Saudi airports, stated that the closure of Riyadh’s airport is more perilous for Mohammed bin Salman than cutting off oil; this is because it strikes a sensitive nerve and exposes a reality that is difficult to conceal.

He added that, in the case of oil, the resulting losses might be masked, or the impact of attacks mitigated.

According to Al-Faqih, this is precisely why he (Mohammed bin Salman) insists on continuing to hold concerts and football matches—to demonstrate that the country is safe and life goes on.

Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, issued a statement on Sunday reiterating a warning to all airlines, experts, personnel, and travelers regarding the use of Saudi airports and airspace.

The statement declares that Saudi airports and airspace—with the exception of those in Mecca and Medina—are subject to attack and serve as operational zones for the Yemeni Armed Forces.

The Yemeni Armed Forces also affirmed their determination to uphold the established equation of “airport for airport, blockade for blockade, and escalation for escalation” until their objectives are achieved.
