PNN – The Zionist regime’s Ministry of War announced that more than 26,000 of its soldiers have been wounded since the start of the Gaza war—a figure that surpasses the total number of wounded from Israel’s previous wars.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network; in this report, the Zionist regime’s Ministry of War announced that 26,200 of its military personnel have been wounded since October 7, 2023—a figure 40 percent higher than the total number of wounded across all of the regime’s previous wars.

Of this total, approximately 17,000 soldiers have developed psychological conditions, with 7,700 of them also sustaining physical injuries.

Around 9,000 Zionist soldiers are currently undergoing treatment for physical injuries.

According to statistics from the Zionist regime’s Ministry of War, 62 percent of the wounded are reservists, 21 percent are conscripts, 10 percent are police personnel, and 7 percent are career military personnel.

The occupied Palestinian territories have witnessed widespread protests against the warmongering policies of Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet.

Participants in these protests—held to mark the 1,000th day since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood—called for the formation of an official committee to investigate the incident.

The Zionist regime has consistently maintained a restrictive approach regarding the release of casualty and damage figures from its wars, often publishing unrealistic statistics.

Experts believe that the way figures for the wounded in the regime’s recent wars are released is a tactic designed to obscure the true numbers and failures, thereby alleviating pressure on the Netanyahu cabinet.
